Instagram Login does not need a Facebook Page. Paste this exact URI under Instagram → API setup with Instagram login → Business login settings → OAuth redirect URIs (not Facebook Login). If the dashboard added a trailing slash, copy that value into META_IG_REDIRECT_URI and restart.

The account must be Professional. For Reels on this path, set PUBLIC_BASE_URL to an HTTPS tunnel. Keep Connect with Meta for Page-linked accounts.
